On Sale May 28: Leeks, Squash, Meats


The farm store 
will be open this Wednesday 3-6 pm. It’s officially grilling season, and we have everything you need for the perfect summer feast. Instead of the same old burger or steak, why not throw some lamb on the grill this summer? Here are some great, easy recipes for grilling lamb. And if you don’t make it out the farm this Wednesday, remember that you can pick up our lamb at  Dayspring Natural Grocery in Auburn.

Lamb

  • Lamb sausage: $8/lb
  • Ground: $10/lb.
  • Leg Roast: $10/lb.
  • Shanks: $10/lb.
  • Chops: $12/lb.
  • Riblets: $3/lb.
  • Soup bones: $3/lb.

Pork

  • Breakfast sausage: $6/lb
  • Pork chops: $7/lb

Chicken

  • $4.50/lb

Local Honey

  • 2 lbs: $20
  • 1 lb: $10
  • Honey bear: $7.50

Eggs

  • 1 dozen: $4
